Service Technician

 

As the Service Technician, you will test, calibrate and repair equipment out in the field while performing the following duties:

·  Provide customer service by taking calls, troubleshooting and working though resolutions with customers

·  Manage parts inventory for calibration and handle all testing components


Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess an Associate’s degree in Engineering with a minimum of 1 to 3 years of recent, related experience coupled with mathematical ability in probability, geometry, trigonometry and statistical controls, as well as experience with oil/gas production & control equipment, specifically relating to flow measurement, preferably natural gas. Valid driver's license and proof of insurance required. Working knowledge of MS Office, Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Access required; MS Project a plus. Experience with an ERP system (preferably SAP or IBM) strongly preferred as well as excellent communication skills essential; bilingual in Spanish a plus. Flexibility to travel and work overtime as needed required.
