Duties and Responsibilities: This position is responsible for writing electric work procedures, electric and gas work rules and other documents related to how work is performed. It also is responsible for the daily publication of the Customer Operations newsletter, At Your Service and other internal communication needs. It plays a key external customer communication role too. The position will script, record and send outbound customer information calls via an external website. Every third week, this individual will be on call to handle such calls after hours. The individual will make We Care calls. This individual will lead the design, development, QA testing and roll-out of other projects as assigned.

 

 

Education and Experience Requirements: Candidates are required to have a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Engineering, Business or a related field. A Master's Degree in Business Administration is preferred. The individual must possess excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills. Candidates with project management experience, process improvement and information systems development skills are preferred. Effective formal management presentations on strategic business issues a plus. Applicants must also possess strong analytical and computer skills and be able to identify creative solutions to complex and abstract issues.
