Sr. Accountant - Energy Producer

Progressive New Jersey energy producer looking for Sr. Accountant.  Company has nationwide exposure with more than 20 electrical power generation facilities in operation.  Responsibilities: ·         Prepare financial statements·         Assist with the preparation of monthly and quarterly workpaper packages·         Prepare capital call and distributions to and from investors·         Daily cash projections/availability·         Help manage investor requests and confirmations·         Reconcile intercompany accounts·         Perform metric calculations such as IRR, Multiple ·         Maintain the waterfall calculations·         Calculate and pay management fees·         Prepare audit and tax workpaper support ·         Assist auditors Requirements: ·         3-5 years experience·         Has CPA or going for CPA·         Strong accounting skills – Financial statements, quarterly work, support trial balance·         4 year Bachelor’s degree·         Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills·         Investment, alternative investment experience a plus   MRINetwork is the largest and most successful search organization in the world.
