Sr. Business Process Analyst

Business process mapping and improvement from conceptualization through implementation including problem definition, process mapping, data analysis, process analysis, recommendations, implementation, and establishment of performance tracking. Candidates will be responsible for working with departments to identify business process improvement opportunities. The role will perform process flow mapping, modeling, identify issues and opportunities, form hypotheses, collect and analyze data, analyze processes, synthesize conclusions, make recommendations, and help implement change. This individual will collaborate and communicate cross-functionally and expected to interact effectively with colleagues. Qualified candidate must have 5+ years of experience in developing functional process maps. By using existing documentation and performing end user interviews, candidate will develop *As-Is* business models which accurately reflect current in house processes. Candidate will assist in analyzing *As-Is* models, help identify process break downs, make recommendations, and design *To-Be* process models which showcase automated solutions to optimize future business processes.Behavior Characteristics: Candidate must be able to work as part of a larger team and as well as work independently when required.
