Sr. Gas Supply Rep - Houston

Organizational Statement Enbridge Energy Company, Inc, a leader in crude and natural gas transportation, gathering, and processing has an opening for a Senior Gas Supply Rep in our Houston office. This position manages daily and monthly operations for selected assets. Identifies and develops new supply, transportation and marketing opportunities in the assigned Team franchise area.Responsibilities ¿ Interfaces with accounting, gas marketing, ngl marketing, contract administration, measurement and other internal groups to support the management of day to day business activities and revenue generation of the systems¿ Interfaces with operations to effectuate safe, cost effective system operations and facilitate new project development ¿ Arranges daily/monthly gas and NGL disposition for gas treating and processing activities¿ Identifies and develops new supply and sales opportunities and related connections and/or system expansions¿ Establish network of current and prospective contacts for system growth¿ Identifies opportunities and participates in the negotiation of transportation, sales, purchase and processing agreements¿ Performs economic analyses and supports project presentations to secure management approvals for capital expenditures¿ Must know economic modeling for all G&P type deals¿ Monitors and reports monthly P&L performance of assigned assets relative to budget expectations ¿ Interfaces with customers to assist revenue management on measurement issues & resolving invoice & A/R issues¿ Foster relationships with producers, pipelines, end users and marketers¿ Other duties include supporting corporate activities such as budgeting and long-term planning¿ Help resolve customer problems on contracts or payments¿ Assist in resolving daily and monthly imbalancesQualifications ¿ An appropriate baccalaureate degree and a minimum of 5 years midstream natural gas industry experience ¿ To perform this job an individual must have superior analytical and problem solving skills, good interpersonal and communication skills, facilitation, empowerment and motivational skills and the ability to thrive in a team environment¿ Engineering, operations, scheduling, or gas accounting experience is a plusEqual Employment Opportunity We appreciate your interest in Enbridge Energy Company, Inc.
