Responsibilities:  Contract Manager for Reactor Services Alliance Contract Perform Reactor Services project cost and cash flow forecast Supervise the Reactor Services project installation and inspection activities Develop and maintain Reactor Services tools to improve the efficiency of performing project work Review and evaluate Reactor Services performance of the project staff and contractors Oversee Reactor Services procedures and documentation which govern and control project activities Recommend necessary Reactor Services project training as required Propose Reactor Services project changes which improve efficiency and safety Interface with regulatory and industry representatives on behalf of Reactor Services project activities Perform field observations of personnel to reinforce standards and expectations and identify gaps in performance Work with management to identify and address performance deficiencies. Recommend and implement actions to improve gaps to operational excellence Qualified as First Line Supervisor Communicate Reactor Services technical information, concepts, and ideas verbally and in writing Serve as a member of the Emergency Response Organization 

Required Qualifications: 

10 years experience in nuclear power design, construction, maintenance, project management, P&SO, or equivalent. 5 years supervisory experience. Technical proficiency in Reactor Vessel Maintenance and in outage planning and scheduling. Technical understanding of nuclear generation principles and operation.

 

Desired Qualifications:  At least 5 years experience in the maintenance, engineering, project management or P&SO organization Proficiency with current computer business applications Fossil plant experience Outstanding communication, conflict management, and change management skills BS degree in Engineering, Science, or a related discipline SRO license or certification on a PWR or BWR
