Storage Operator – Sr. ONEOK Gas Storage L.L.C. Depew, Oklahoma

We are seeking a Storage Operator-Sr. for our Depew Storage Facility. 

Primary Job Function:

Performs activities related to operation and maintenance of underground storage facilities.

 

Duties:

Perform rotating shift work at underground storage facility including but not limited to:

Operating and maintaining compressors, engines, dehydrators, electric generators,

  and peripheral storage equipment

Maintaining storage and water injection wells

Gauging tanks

Blowing drips

Yard security

General housekeeping (lawn care, building maintenance, sweeping, cleaning, painting, etc.)

Monitor gas pressure and check operation of compressors and engines

Drive and maintain company vehicle

Read, record, prepare and/or process information from charts, dials, gauges, controls and other recording devices including but not limited to:

Equipment maintenance and repair

Equipment operation and performance problems

Regular and reliable attendance is required.

May perform additional related duties as assigned

Physical requirements:

Lift, push, pull, or move objects weighing up to 10 pounds 20‑25 times a day; up to 20 pounds 3‑5 times a day; up to 30 pounds 3‑5 times a day; up to 40 pounds 3‑5 times a day; over 50 pounds 3‑5 times a day

Climb and/or maneuver over, under, and around engines and equipment while servicing, maintaining, and/or repairing

Fine motor skills for making minute adjustments

Able to operate tools and equipment required
