ONEOK Partners, operator of the Midwestern Gas Transmission and Guardian Pipeline assets, has a job opportunity available for a Supervisor, Measurement.  The location will be local to the pipelines and determined depending on applicant and operation requirements.

 

THE POSITION REQUIRES:

· Knowledge and understanding of natural gas measurement and applicable natural gas measurement standards

· Working knowledge of control loops, pressure regulators, chromatographs and analyzers

· Experience in use and function of personal computers and applicable spreadsheet and word processing software

· Experience with installation and programming of Bristol Gas Measurement RTU’s.  Other RTU’s experience is a plus

· Experience in Orifice and Ultrasonic Flow measurement

· Ability to communicate and work well with others

· Perform all duties with safety as a priority

PRIMARY DUTIES:

· Supervise and direct measurement activities in the operating service area

· Coordinate system improvements, modifications, and other special projects

· Troubleshoot, repair, configure and program Gas measurement RTU’s

· Ensure compliance with Company Policies, Company Engineering Standards, OSHA, EPA, and DOT requirements

· Provide information and/or assistance to management and employees on RTU gas measurement problems

· Compile, prepare, and/or analyze various reports and documents relating to budgets, measurement, and project construction
