This role has supervisory responsibility for the development of metering and measurement standards, specifications for new applications, and long term plans for Automated Metering Infrastructure, revenue and load research metering requirements. Responsible for the purchase and coordination of the installation of metering equipment, load study equipment, metrics, analysis, reporting and strategy to support the metering function. Major duties include:-Supervises the engineering, specifying, and evaluating of new metering products including electromechanical and solid state devices.-Recommends and coordinate the purchase of meters and associated equipment based on technical evaluations.-Provides technical support pertaining to metering applications to applicable Business Units.-Provides cost estimates for metering equipment for various load research studies,end-use studies, and new rate developments.-Supervises the development and maintenance of installation and test procedures for metering products and associated equipment-Coordinates and monitor resources required to perform the single phase meter sample test and periodic meter tests. -Perform other duties as requested or assigned.Qualifications${Job Qualifications}
