Organizational Statement Enbridge Liquids Pipelines, Inc., a leader in crude oil and natural gas transportation, gathering and processing, is currently seeking a Supervisor - Engineering and Regional Services in Minot, ND.Responsibilities Responsible for organizing, planning, and directing of the EPND¿s Engineering and Regional Services functions. In charge of designing, construction, and project management of capital and expense projects, relating to crude oil liquid pipeline and facility gathering systems and be integral in ensuring engineering and regional service compliance and system integrity.Coordinate and direct Enbridge Pipeline (North Dakota) LLC¿s Engineering Service functions. This includes hiring staff, assigning workloads, and evaluating productivity and performance.Review facilities to ensure they meet the needs of stakeholders and customers and that they comply with Company standards and regulatory requirements.Responsible for ensuring compliance with Company procedures concerning contract documents, work orders, financial reporting, construction reporting, bid documents, safety and drug testing procedures, outside correspondence, PLC programming, commissioning activities, project files, and other related activities.Direct the efforts of internal and external departments, consultants and contractors to ensure that project scope, schedules and budgets meet company practical and financial objectives.Ensure that mechanical, electrical, and civil facilities are designed so that EPND pipeline systems can be operated in a safe and efficient manner.Project management of large multi-disciplinary projects, when required.Ensure regulatory compliance on engineering activities.Qualifications Engineering degreeMinimum of 6 years of progressively responsible experience in Engineering.Working knowledge of pipeline engineering principles, industry standards and governmental regulations.Equal Employment Opportunity We appreciate your interest in Enbridge Energy Company, Inc.
