Systems Analyst

Analyze, design, evaluate, program, and maintain human resourses, financial, and commercial computing applications, including both vendor-provided and custom developed applications.  Provides technical support for IT applications, including participation in a 7 by 24 on-call rotation. Coordinate with IT staff and users to determine requirements and ensure application systems meet user and business needs. Assist in formulating and definining systems scope and objectives, develop system documentation, participate in the technical design and coding of applications, and perform testing, de-bugging, and implementation.  Experience/Education: Bachelor degree in MIS, CIS or related IT field. Technical Skill Set includes Crystal Reports, Visual Studio .Net, .Net Framework and SDK, C#, Visual Basic, Windows Services, ASP, Microsoft SQL Server, XML, HTML, Shell Scripting, Microsoft Office Products. Additional requirements: The ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing in English with co- workers, supervisors, internal and external customers; the ability to work in stressful conditions; the ability to adapt and respond in changing circumstances; the ability to use a personal computer with the Windows (R) operating system to complete time sheets, send and receive email, and access information posted on the Company's intranet; availability as needed to work on both a scheduled and call-out basis; and the ability to work at the assigned job site.
