Your ability to research and analyze industry trends can improve the supply chain process at Halliburton. Taking into account company and industry trends, as a Supply Chain Analyst you will evaluate key categories, supplier groups and performance. Coordinating research using third-party data, recommending strategies based on company and industry trends, and utilizing various data sources to analyze supply chain performance are opportunities you will experience.

Requirements include an undergraduate degree in Business, Engineering, or a similar discipline is required and a minimum of 1 year industry experience. SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities
-Develops preferred vendor callout list
-Collects dispatching logs (data) from dispatchers
-Builds and maintains transactional database to support Traffic and Rail Coordinators
-Administrates reports for vendor and Logistics Dispatcher KPI's
-Administers rate change requests for transport and trans-load vendors in HCM
-Administrates RFP process for transport and trans-load services
-Identifies restraints that drive cost
-Accrues detention and demurrage costs for rail and trucking

Skill Requirements:
Bachelors in Business, Logistics or Information Sciences
Computer and technologically savvy
Advanced Microsoft Access skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Detail oriented
Advanced database design and management skills
Experience within logistics applications preferred
Three to four years prerequisite experience required
Must be effective at turning data into information
Supports change management through information mined from data
High regard for data quality
Must have a high degree of professionalism and integrity
Creative thinker with a problem solving ability
Capable of multi-tasking and prioritizing deliverables in a high pace work environment
