Upstream Change Management OVERVIEW OF THE PROJECT:This is a global North America upstream project that is replacing a product that is being sunset due to GIL 3 initiative.   In addition, it supports Everest Upstream initiatives focusing on vital products and tools.  Specifically, the way the operators perform their duties today will significantly change as a result of this automation.  The requirements include field operations training, use of toughbooks, hand-held computers, and additional data entry affecting nearly 2000 personnel.   There is an aggressive timeline to develop the training, identify competencies, and deployment plan.  Moreover, the change management support for this project  Need local Behavior Change Management resources to be identified in each BU to assist in deployment roll out, training, communication (e.g. road shows, face to face visits & documentation to local offices)  Create communications for project but have each Business Unit Champion route the communications within their own locations Use multiple media sources (e.g. email, web, face to face meetings, asking Operations Supervisors and Team Leads to engage in local presentations). ETC Site Advisors for each BU will be an engaged in all aspects of communications and training plans and deployment as a key part of organizational readiness. Project Core organizational readiness team will work closely with the Business Unit teams on change management coordination (e.g.. communications, training) With nearly 2,000 stakeholders from Field Operators to Operations Management we will need to broaden the information about the project rollout during the next two years. The elements of the change management position are standard:Awareness – of why the change is needed Desire – to support and participate in the change Knowledge – of how to change Ability – to implement new skills and behaviors Reinforcement – to sustain the change  Change Management Deliverables Change Management Plan Communication Plan (Updated) Stakeholder analysis Communications & Communication Material Training Plan (who, what, cost) Training & Training Material Metric to measure and reinforce the change Current versus future state roles and responsibility (simple DACI model - Decision, Accountable, Consult, Inform)   Maintenance schedule for training Promotes good working relationships Demonstrates leadership    To view additional job opportunities with TAC Worldwide Companies, please visit us at www.tacworldwide.com
