ET Solar is a Global PV product manufacturing company. 

In the United States our drive to introduce an 11 KW Dual Axis Tracker into the Commercial and Utility size PV installation arena is meeting with great response.

The ET Solar Dual Axis Tracker has an accumulation of 60 MW of installation in Europe and a proven track record.  The Dual Axis Tracker, our high quality PV modules and pipeline of other PV products sets us firmly on the path to rapid and successful expansion as a Renewable Energy Industry product provider.

 

TITLE:

Vice President of Business and Market development

 

REPORTING To: The CEO of ET Solar, USA and working closely with the Vice President of Sales and Distribution, USALOCATION: Pleasanton, CAESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Vice President of Business and Market Development is primarily responsible for developing the ET Solar, USA strategy for Sales and Business development, for developing and launching new product promotion and campaign and for establishing and maintaining strategic relationships with major partners  in the Renewable Energy Industry. The candidate must be able to clearly define and compellingly present the value proposition of ET Solar’s product offerings to large corporate or institutional customers. The ideal candidate for this position will be accomplished in large corporate business development and sales and possess excellent presentation skills, high energy, a strong desire to help ET Solar grow its market presence and  a passion for renewable energy.

 

NECESSARY SKILLS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

MBA preferred

7-8 years professional experience including minimum 4+ years corporate sales and business development and strategy.

Ability to own the business development strategy and drive its execution Identify and develop key strategic partnerships

Evaluate and analyze market expansion opportunities

Demonstrated ability to develop business with commercial and institutional clients

Ability to interact with and present to senior executives, to influence decision making and advocate on value

Proven ability to structure, negotiate, grow and complete long term multimillion dollar account relationships

Superior communication and relationship skills Professional approach and demeanor Ability to prospect and generate new leads

Prospecting experience via cold-calling, conferences, and other means

Effective work ethic

Experience in managing small teams Strong customer focus.

Superior communication skills, including presentation, phone and e-mailAbility to think flexibly and adapt to changing business conditions Ability to travel  VALUED EXPERIENCE: Knowledge of renewable and non renewable energy industry, Relevant, established contacts in the renewable and non renewable energy industry (major system integrators and leading energy development companies)
