Administrative Assistant/Receptionist

 


Excellent Full Time opportunity for an individual with a strong administrative support background to work in our Corporate Headquarters. Individual will perform standard secretarial and receptionist duties, which will require strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize workload, interface with multiple managers and staff, while maintaining accuracy, consistency and confidentiality. 8 am – 5 pm schedule.  Own transportation required.

Primary Responsibilities:


*Professionally administer all incoming calls and greeting visitors
*Typing and filing
*Marketing support
*Coordinate the organization, supplies and cleanliness of the office

*Coordinate travel arrangements
*Mail/shipping distribution and posting
*Perform a variety of clerical duties


Qualifications/Requirements:

*2 years experience

*Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
*Strong organizational skills and ability to work with minimum supervision
*Computer skills in Microsoft Office applications

 

Salary commensurate with experience.
