If you are awesome at corralling cats, come on down. We are a happy, but ever so slightly demanding, sales group. Our sales coordinator of many years is retiring and we need someone to keep us spoiled.


We're well-established and privately held Very stable! 


 

Minimum 3 years of administrative experience in a sales environment would be helpful.


 

Good phone voice. Positive attitude. High attention to detail. A good sense of humor!
 

Ethics and professionalism are a must.

 

Hours: M-F regular business hours. Minimal overtime.



What will you be doing. You name it. Helping get proposals out. Managing the CRM package. Managing correspondence. Tracking leads.
