Assignment:  

Will support multi-disciplinary teams on a variety of problems involving aircraft, spacecraft, missile systems, and re-entering objects, from conceptual design through ground and flight testing, in support of Laboratory programs. Activities will include modeling and analysis, mechanical design and prototyping, test planning, execution, and documentation, coordination of interface control documentation, and coordination of mission assurance planning and documentation. BS or MS in Aero/Astronautical or Mechanical Engineering. Must be familiar with engineering analysis codes and standard computer languages for documentation and presentations. Must have ability to work well in team environments. Must have the ability to clearly describe results in oral presentations and written reports.
