Join this exciting and dynamic environment and help lead the sensors market in new and innovative directions.We are looking for four Desingers in our Tempe location.Responsibilities•Provide technical leadership and innovation to sensor interface and signal conditioning IC developments. •Interact with global customers, design partners, microsystem (MEMS) design, packaging, program management, test, quality, and business teams •Must have strong expertise in analog design theory and device physics and be capable of applying these to original and novel techniques that provide significant value. •Minimum BSEE with 10 years analog design experience, MSEE, or PhDEE degrees preferred •Interface with global customers, lead specification technical negotiations, provide die size estimates, lead efforts to improve productivity, assure quality of design efforts. •History of successful projects with demonstrated technical contribution. •Drive execution to meet division goals for productivity, schedules, die size, first silicon functionality and parametric performance. •Must have effective interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with highly technical people. •Design, analyze, simulate and test sensor interface and associated signal conditioning circuitry. •Ability to design traditional analog CMOS and BJT circuits such as bandgap references, operational amplifiers, oscillators, voltage regulators, detection circuits, filters, PLL, VCO, etc.Specific Knowledge•Experience with mixed-signal design tools for big-A/big-D ICs including VerilogAMS and UltraSim or similar simulation tools. •Experience with ultra low power systems. •Detailed knowledge of the design of switched capacitor circuits including low noise amplifier design. •Knowledge of data converter architectures and design (Sigma Delta, SAR, RSD, Pipelined, etc) •DSP knowledge, ability to use Matlab for modeling and analysis. •Good experimental technique and hands-on attitude. •Knowledge of design for Test and design for high reliability. •Experience with ESD and EMI.
