Application Engineer
Asahi/America, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated individual for an entry level Applications Engineer position. This exciting opportunity will provide diverse career skills from engineering design to project management to customer sales. Asahi/America offers excellent experience and growth opportunities. This position is responsible for piping and valve products designed for the Semiconductor, Solar (Photovoltaic) and BioPharm manufacturing.
Responsibilities include:
-Assist customers with system design, engineering calculations, product specifications, chemical compatibility and installation procedures.
-Quote custom manufactured components and systems.
-Provide engineering team support on product development and large projects.
Requirements:
-Engineering Degree in Mechanical, Civil or Manufacturing
-Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interface with customers
-0 to 2 years work experience in engineering. We are seeking 2008 college graduates, and recent graduates are also welcomed.
