ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the MSD Team Manager, as the Application Engineer you will work closely with IMAGINiT clients to enable engineering solutions.  

Define client technical requirements and introduce specific technologies which meet those requirements. Design and qualify proposed solutionsPresent & review solutions them with the clientResearch questions and topics to enable formal presentations to clientsProvide assistance to clients to apply appropriate software solutions Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES

4 year post-secondary degree in an engineering discipline or ITS3-4 years of experience using CAD software such as AutoCAD Mechanical, Inventor, Catia or pro/ENGINEER.Strong communication and client service skillsExperience coaching or teaching othersStrong organizational, problem solving and time management skillsStrong technical knowledge in either manufacturing processes/mechanical technology, civil engineering, or architecture
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
