Applications Engineer: Marine and Offshore

This is a direct hire position for an Applications Engineer. This opportunity is with a very well established company in water treatment with a strong focus on the Marine and Offshore Industry. Requirements: Degreed, experienced engineer with water treatment equipment knowledge will review inquiries and specifications to determine requirements for new projects. Prepare conceptual designs and perform basic calculations for estimating purposes. will need to consider new approaches to application problems encountered and investigate availability, pricing and characteristics or products/ equipment to be used in a given application while evaluating suitability for the product. Prepare cost estimates and interface with other engineers and draftsmen to prepare designs, drawings and specs for proposals. This individual will be designated to focus on the marine market; therefore, prior marine experience is preferred. This company has an amazing work culture, and promotes very strong from within.
