ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the MSD Team Manager, as the Application Engineer you will work closely with IMAGINiT clients to enable engineering solutions. 
Define client technical requirements and introduce specific technologies which meet those requirements. Design and qualify proposed solutionsPresent & review solutions them with the clientResearch questions and topics to enable formal presentations to clientsProvide assistance to clients to apply appropriate software solutions Troubleshoot and resolve customer issuesESSENTIAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Minimum of a 2 year associates degree in an engineering related discipline or 3-5 years of industry experienceStrong communication and client service skillsExperience coaching or teaching othersStrong organizational, problem solving and time management skillsStrong technical knowledge in either manufacturing processes/mechanical technology, civil engineering, or architectureTRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
