RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a member of this team, you would contribute to CDM's mission by: Coordinating the development of conceptual architectural design within the architectural group and with function groups Supervising other architectural group members in the production of working drawings and specifications Establishing client design/environment needs and guidelines Preparing and monitoring project budgets and schedules Performing code analysis Providing guidance to resident engineering staff during project construction Keeping current with the latest technologies in the architectural field Coordinates the preparation of graphics, landscape schemes, modes and displays

REQUIREMENTS:

A successful CDM candidate will have:

Thorough knowledge of architectural design technologies Competency in use of computer presentation and drafting programs (AutoCAD preferred)

Excellent writing, public speaking and supervisory skills

Pre-professional degree and over 10 years (over 2300 value units) of qualified IDP training, or an NAAB accredited professional degree and 5 to 7 years (1100-1600 value units) of qualified IDP training Professional registration (preferred)
