Assistant Director - Traffic Engineering

Reporting to the Deputy Director of Traffic and Transportation, the Assistant Director of Traffic Engineering, an appointed position, performs professional level planning, design and construction of traffic engineering and safety related improvements, while coordinating assigned activities with other City departments, divisions, and outside agencies. Addressing traffic related concerns and providing recommendations for improvements is also an essential function of this position.
