Responsible for performing configuration and data management systems functions Essential Job Functions: Compilation and scanning on production work orders for both internal and external customer delivery. Coordination, review and approval of the application of required export control markings on contractual data that is delivered to foreign persons inclusive of contract tracking system. Maintenance of internal data packages inclusive of coordination of Space Systems/Loral delivery requirements Perform as back-up for subcontract data management systems administration including performing internal and external training, supplier data acceptance, database table maintenance, user authorizations and data corrections Perform as back-up for records retention administration including acting as “point of contact” between Space Systems/Loral and archives vendors, monitoring of budgets, periodic audits of Space Systems/Loral archived data. Populate deliverable data on program web sites and other applications Strong communication skills Minimum Experience- 1-3 yrs related experience Minimum Education-BS/BA in Engineering.
