This position will responsible for providing oversight and management of multiple, complex projects (simultaneously). Projects are mainly associated with site management, under CERCLA and RCRA. We are looking for candidates with leadership attributes who have the desire and ability to lead staff, interact with clients and regulators, and support growth in the local marketplace.Key Duties:• Analyzing data, preparing remedial investigation reports, feasibility studies, engineering evaluations, cost assessments, RFI, and corrective measures study reports.• Interacting with internal team players.• Interacting with external clients and regulators.• Tasks related to Project Management will include planning, staffing, scheduling, budgeting, ensuring quality of work products, consistency across projects, ensuring safety of staff, coordinating with contractors and internal support staff, and communicating with the client and regulators.• Day-to-day interaction, as well as presenting information and frequent participation at monthly meetings with our client and regulators will be expected.* Providing leadership to more junior staff and project managers.QualificationsQualified candidate will have:- Bachelors degree in Environmental, Civil, or Geotechnical Engineering, Hydrogeology, Geology or Environmental Science;- 8 years of experience in managing projects involving remedial investigations/remedial actions including budget, schedule, scope and change management;- Ability to meet the need to do some traveling;- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously;- Able to serve as a senior mentor to more junior-level employees;- Proven track record;Benefits: Medical and Dental Plans Health Care and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance Short Term and Long Term Disability Income 401(k) Plan with company match Employee Ownership Paid Time Off Program Flexible Work Scheduling Business Casual Dress Learning and Development Opportunities Tuition ReimbursementEmployee Assistance Program Voluntary Auto and Homeowners InsuranceCompany Profile:Employee-owned CH2M HILL is a global leader in engineering, procurement, construction and operations for public and private clients.
