Branch Manager  Job DescriptionThis position is responsible for ensuring that the Branch operating unit attains its performance objectives.  Performance objectives pertain to bookings, revenue, gross margin, operating expense, contribution margin, backlog, collections, cash management and personnel development.  The Branch Manager is also responsible for managing the Branch business and personnel in accordance with company policies and procedures. v Contributes to corporate strategic planningv Develop Branch sales and operations strategiesv Develop Branch performance budgets and ensure their attainmentv Interview, hire, train, mentor, evaluate, and when necessary, terminate personnelv Identify Branch performance problems and take necessary actions to correct the problemsv Review and approve acceptance of purchase orders and contracts offered to TACv Prepare weekly and monthly operating reports/forecasts or metrics and other duties may be assigned Job RequirementsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each, primary duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the primary duties. v Four (4) year college degree required or equivalent work experiencev Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) preferred, but not requiredv Seven years related work experience required v Minimum five years supervisory experience requiredv Strong sales, technical and management skillsv Advanced understanding of HVAC, access or other building or electronic control systemsv Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including but not limited to, Word, Access and Excelv TAC product knowledge and outside vendor hardware knowledge requiredv Strong knowledge of contracting procedures and tactics relative to such areas as project correspondence, documentation, timely notice of claims, subcontract negotiation and subcontract administrationv Clear understanding of Revenue, Cost, Gross Margin and Cash Flowv Excellent customer service skills, leadership skills and strong verbal and written communication skills EEO
