Business Development Coordinator

Our growth is a direct result of our commitment to quality design, technological innovation, and client services.Watershed Concepts is searching for a Part time Business Development Coordinator to: Prepare and produce proposals, qualifications statement, project descriptions, resumes, and interview presentation materials. Maintain central files and database of submittals and other BD activities. Coordinate conferences and networking events, including exhibit support. Attend marketing/networking opportunities and support public relations activities. Other duties as assigned. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree. Oral communication skills coupled with strong planning and prioritizing abilities. Advanced writing, reviewing and editing skills a must 1 to 3 years experience preparing proposals or technical documents, including SF255’s, SF254’s and SF330’s for government clients. Ability to interface with clients, consultants and staff in-person, on the telephone or via email – experience working with remote offices is a plus. Experience using Microsoft Office - strong skills in Word and PowerPoint are essential. Flexibility in schedule to allow occasional overtime. Limited travel as required to meet project and training requirements. Experience in the A/E/C or IT industries is strongly preferred. Experience using desktop publishing or graphics software, including such programs as Adobe Photoshop and InDesign is preferred. EEO M/F/D/VCBcommunication skills
