Position may be located in Parsippany, NJ, Chicago, IL, St. Louis, MO or Milwaukee, WI, but could also be located in any of our offices in the Northeast region. Emerging markets and clients.2. Manage activities for business group pursuits of strategic value, including positioning, persuasion, and contract negotiation activities.3. Participate in the process of identification and selection of projects having business group strategic value and organizations.4. Become generally familiar with strategic BD&P activities within global context; support global sales efforts to achieve revenue goals.5. Assist regional staff with sales and client services management training; provide input to database of persuasion materials.6. Provide Northeast region with national/global perspective on competitor and market trends.7. Provide input into the selection of clients having business group strategic value.8. Interact and network with potential clients and teaming partners in support of business development and marketing activities.9. Network with key marketing and sales personnel in benchmark delivery firms to assist in assembly of winning teams for both strategic and regional sales pursuits.10. Gather information on benchmark competitors and industry trends and provide input into strategic planning.Individual will be required to support proposal process and may be required to act as capture director on key assignments.Must be able to travel.CH2M HILL is an industry-leading program management, construction management for fee, and design firm, as ranked by Engineering News-Record (2006.)
