Day to Day Duties Include:Conduct research and analysis to identify market trends and opportunitiesManage the development of marketing resources and materialsDefine and oversee the marketing and branding programCoordinate and support major sales and proposal activitiesProvide guidance and supervision for proposal preparation and coaching the business development staff

Skills and Qualifications:

To be considered for this exceptional career opportunity, you’ll need Bachelor's in Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture or a related field  Ten years of Business Development/Marketing experienceExperience in leading and coordinating sales business development and marketing activities across a network of regional offices

The ability to prepare proposals, presentations, and marketing materials

Flexibility to meet work schedules, do moderate travel, and allow occasional overtime 

Pluses Include:  

Business Development experience in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction industry

Software experience with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and /or Quark

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build consensus, lead teams, and work with others
