Business Development Manager - Software Sales to Government/Defense Industry

Manager Business Development for Government/Defense Industry Z2 Technologies (of Red Bank, NJ) is a dynamically growing defense software contract company looking for a Manager of Business Development to recruit new business with Government Agencies.  Candidate  must have several years experience or exposure to defense contract work across the U.S. and be familiar with the bid and proposal process. Candidate must have good writing and organizational skills.  Knowledge of software requirements of the defense industry as well as intricacies of the requirements of suppliers to win new contracts is required. Candidate need not be located in NJ and location near prospective customers is ideal.  Position reports to the founding principals of Z2.  Our Company deals with many large defense contractors at present. Our specialty is in training and web development information portals for products or services supplied to the U.S. Dept of  Defense.  In addition we act as a supplier for contract software and engineering personnel in government positions.
