Business Development/Marketing

Converse Consultants has an immediate opening for a Business Development/Marketing Specialist for our Redlands office.  Successful candidates will develop and sell our services to clients both in the private and public sectors with geotechnical, environmental and construction materials/testing needs.  Meet potential clients, attend various professional organization meetings, procure and review RFP’s, assist in proposal preparation, follow up on submitted proposals, and set up meetings for senior and principal staff, among other duties.  Candidates must have at least five years experience in marketing professional services, preferably for geotechnical/environmental and construction materials testing/inspection firms.

 

Must be able to work independently or in tandem with geotechnical/environmental professionals. 

 

Computer software proficiency required.  Strong organizational skills and proficient social skills.
