MACTEC’s West Division is seeking a driven and motivated individual to work closely with the West Division Senior Business Development Manager.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years experience in a proposal coordinator role working on 100 million dollar plus proposal contracts (presentations to clients, capture plans, pipeline research) and a burning desire to learn the business development side of the house including project coordination, strategy and various administrative tasks. Candidate must be flexible with the ability to “think outside the box” to complete tasks and projects.
