Explore the opportunity of world-changing work available to you below.This business development position is for our government facilities and infrastructure (GF&I) group for a seasoned proposal manager to develop proposals to win US-based and international facilities opportunities on existing IDIQ contracts via new task orders, and win new IDIQ contract opportunities. Travel may be domestic and/or international work. Responsible for developing 100% compliant proposals that implement the win strategies and themes identified by the capture teams for government task order opportunities to grow the business on a global scale. Works under very general direction to lead and manage proposal development teams. Individual should have a proven track record in winning multi-million dollar programs executed through existing and new IDIQ contract vehicles. Relocation will be offered by the company.  This position will be located in Denver, CO, Washington, DC or Spartanburg, SC. Background check and drug test required.QualificationsQualified candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree with preferred field of study in engineering, science or communications. Must have proven Business Development track record (minimum 10 years experience.) Must have experience with Department of Defense. Requires good communication skills and computer skills. In addition to the basic qualifications, the ideal candidate would meet the following preferred qualifications:Proven track record of developing winning proposals for multi-million dollar new business opportunities on a sustained year-over-year basis.
