CAD Drafter/Land Planner

Description:

Real Estate Development firm in the Galleria Area seeks an organized and creative CAD Drafter / Land Planner

Qualifications:

Associates Degree in Drafting Technology or college degree a plus

Proficient in AutoCAD 2002 minimum

Drafting background and knowledge of design and drafting standards

Experience:

One or more years experience in a civil engineering firm experience a plus:

Focusing on land development/planning/platting projects

Prepare preliminary subdivision land plans/commercial land plans

Knowledge of City of Houston plans and development regulations a plus

Prepare and submit preliminary plats

Prepare exhibits for closings of properties

Responsible for preparing other drawings/exhibits as needed
