CAD Technician

Responsibilities
Prepare drawings including site layout and plan view, grading plans, slope profile view, cross-sections, gINT boring logs
Assist Project Team preparing technical reports, maps, graphics, engineering drawings, and specifications
Work with engineering and environmental staff
Maintain AutoCAD, gINT, GPS, and related software

Qualifications
1-3 years AutoCAD experience, proficient at scaling, plotting, x-reference files
Familiarity with state and county standards, model space, paper space, and ftp sites
Experience with GIS, Acrobat, MicroStation a plus
Knowledge of GPS field data collection techniques a plus
Experience producing quality digital and hardcopy maps and drawings
Real world application development skills (non-academic)
Reliability, strong work ethic, and ability to work in a team-oriented environment are a must
