We are seeking candidates for the CADD Manager of Transportation Design in our Lake Mary, Florida office.Works with professional staff in scheduling work and assigning support staff to their projects. Utilized as technical resource in project meetings and plan production for area of specialty. Attends project meetings and provides input to ensure proper CADD policies, procedures, and specifications are followed. Performs general administrative assistance by maintaining project files. Assists supervisor by instructing employees, answering questions and distributing, balancing and checking work. Supervise, train, mentor, and schedule work of other team members. Expertise in MicroStation and proficiency in Geopak; knowledgeable in software such as ProjectWise and Iplot desired. Roadway plans production experience is a mandatory requirement.
