If we're a match, please send your resume to mmollica@ascenths.com or fax to (863) 904-1694.JOB DESCRIPTION:· Aassist in the development of new projects, coordinate and implement new production cleaning processes or changes to processes;·  Assist with expansion of product services and other responsibilities as assigned; ·  Use problem-solving skills to assist with general production problems, facilitate production process improvements; ·  Design and execute tests and validations; ·  Assist in required modifications of new procedures during design transfer; ·  Participate in training employees on new product services & testing equipment as well as on approved design changes to existing Product services. Employees include those in the Production area: Managers, Supervisors and Technicians; ·  Coordinate and resolve customer complaints with Quality Assurance;·  Interact with other departments and ·  Perform other duties as assigned.POSITION QUALIFICATIONSEDUCATION: Minimum - BA or BS in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biological Sciences or equivalent related experience.EXPERIENCE: 1 to 3 years of Manufacturing Engineering experience preferred, which may include college internships and work studies and supervisory experience. Medical Device, FDA, research, design, military or other regulatory agency experience preferred. SKILLS: Effective writing and communications skills; Working knowledge of FDA and ISO requirements preferred;working knowledge of DOE, statistical analysis a plus; Demonstrate leadership skills. High ethical standards, well organized; Computer literate with a working knowledge of MS Word, Excel required; Visio preferred;  Ability to meet deadlines with attention to detail and problem solving skills.DEMANDS OF POSITION: Exposure to used medical devices and cleaning agents.  Exposure to a medically controlled environment. Protective equipment will be worn as indicated by area protocol.  Subject to interruptions, changing conditions and overtime or weekend hours as project requires.  Physical requirements include prolonged standing, sitting and/or walking; occasionally exerting up to 50 lbs. of force to move objects; long periods of computer work. Visual demands are near acuity: ability to see at 20 inches or more; no colorblindness.
