CNC Programmer

CNC PROGRAMMER
New Hampshire Ball Bearings, Inc., one of the world’s leaders in the manufacture of custom precision ball and roller bearings is seeking a seasoned professional to support our turning and milling departments in the manufacture of ball and roller bearings.

Duties include:
• CNC programming of lathes, machining centers, grinders, and mill/turns
• Selection of tool holders, cutters, inserts, endmills, etc.
• Review new products for manufacturability
• Work with engineering and quality assurance to develop manufacturing processes

Education and Experience

Qualified candidates will possess an ASME or have equivalent work experience, have excellent organization skills, work well with others, and have demonstrated experience in milling and turning, four and five axis milling, machine set up, CNC machining, Alphacam or similar software and Solidworks.
