CRM / Business Development Representative

TSi Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Representative with 6 – 8 years of experience in the Greater Kansas City Area, with marketing and/or architectural/engineering business development experience. TSi is a geotechnical engineering firm, headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri. The primary focus for this position is to develop and maintain long-term client relationships.  The candidate must be a self-starter with excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as possess strong reporting, organizational and computer skills. This position requires the ability to schedule multiple client contacts, establish priorities, and coordinate with others through documentation. The desired candidate will be expected to:

 

·  Maintain a working knowledge of all aspects of the organization as it relates to our services offered (i.e., sales history, capabilities and clients).

·  Develop leads, pre-proposal visitations, and proposal preparation coordination with technical staff.

·  Assist in developing key target client lists and implement and monitor a pro-active, recurring sales-call program.

·  Prepare RFQ/RFPs, project profiles, staff resumes, and brochures.

·  Coordinate with other marketing professionals, within and outside of the firm, for the purpose of teaming and providing subcontracting services.

·  Have a sJuperior working knowledge of CRM for managing sales activities, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Office products.
