Required skills:

0-6 months of experience in lab working with electro chemistry/paint.  Must have FEA/modeling experience.

Electro chemistry background is essential

Responsibilities: 

 Set up and check out benchtop ELPO equipment, including data system and paint bake and measurement equipment. 
   Develop and document procedure to run ELPO equipment, perform experiments and analyze data. 
 Conduct first series of flat plate ELPO experiments and report results of film build with time as a function of system parameters. 
Analysis and report on first set of experiments with emphasis on time dependency of film thickness and physical properties.
   Conduct second set of ELPO experiments with complex geometries to investigate deposition in recessed areas. 
Analysis and report of second series of runs with focus on deposition near a hole.Investigate applicability to different paint chemistries. 
Establish set of input parameters to ELPO film build models. 
  Test model predictions against experimental results. 
   Compare experimental results with predictions from other models.
