CIVIL ENGINEER or SENIOR DESIGNER

We're looking for a Senior Designer who prides themselves on their work quality and attention for detail. You will be involved with all aspects of design and plan preparation including the design of streets, storm drains, sewer, preparation of grading plans and plot plans and computation of grades, earthwork quantities and materials estimates.  Additional civil engineering tasks include the preparation of hydrology, hydraulic and other technical engineering reports. 4 - 15+ years experience P.E., R.C.E or EIT license desired (CA) AutoCad and LDD experience Site development engineering including: paving grading drainage storm & sanitary sewerHydrology studies

We want Engineers who enjoy engineering and designing. Our position offers:No business development No proposal/contract writing 8-9 hour working days  SENIOR LAND SURVEYOR (OFFICE POSITION)

Successful candidate will prepare subdivision maps, parcel maps, lot line adjustments, legal descriptions, applications, etc. 3 - 15+ years experience LS, PLS or LSIT license desired (CA) Experienced with:AutoCADLDD Survey  Boundary Resolution  Researching Maps and Deeds  Legal Description Writing Able to develop and manage a variety of projects and perform map checking Able to compile and prepare topographic, parcel and final maps, record of surveys, legal descriptions and plat maps Able to coordinate with field crew Able to coordinate with private, public, and governmental agencies HOW TO APPLY: Excellent retirement benefits and competitive salary.
