Civil Engineer - Office Manager to Project Engineers needed

Our client is a medium-sized, regional engineering firm with an established office in the Upstate focusing on land development and municipal engineering.  We are currently seeking several engineers to join their growing workforce in the Greenville-area.  Opportunities exist for an Office Manager, Project Manager, and Project Engineer.  Requirements for each position are listed below. 

Office Manager - BSCE and PE with 10+ years of experience in a consulting engineering environment.  The Office Manager will lead a team of 20+ engineers & technicians on projects throughout the Greenville/Spartanburg region, to include residential, commercial, and municipal work.  Candidates should have a strong technical aptitude to oversee the work of PEs, EITs, and technicians.  Good client management and business development skills are necessary.  This person will be responsible for the overall business management of the office including financial planning and budgeting, hiring/firing of technical and administrative staff, keeping a balanced workload, and other office management responsibilities.  Local engineering experience is preferred!

Project Manager - BSCE and PE with 5-8 years of experience in civil engineering for residential, commercial, and/or municipal projects.  The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and signing off on multiple projects from small commercial sites to large subdivisions.  Should be able to provide engineering support as needed and be able to mentor junior engineers.  Will report to the Office Manager and be responsible for some client management.

Project Engineer - BSCE and EIT with 3-6 years of experience in civil engineering design for residential, commercial, and/or municipal projects.  The Project Engineer will be responsible for engineering design using Land Development Desktop software.
