Our client, is seeking a Civil Engineer for a Direct- Hire position with the following skills:  Masters Degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in hydrology, hydraulics or water resources engineering A Florida Professional Engineer's License  Experience with hydrologic and hydraulic computer models Strong background in statistical analysis, channel scour, geomorphology and practical design Experience with various adlCPR programs, HEC programs, MS Excel, AutoCAD, Land Desktop Design (LDD) and GIS
