A mid-size, multi-disciplined consulting engineering firm is in need of a lead project engineer to handle some of their top traffic engineering/transportation planning projects.  This position will involve traditional transportation planning aspects, such as corridor studies and EIS's, as well as traffic engineering to include the design of traffice circles.
