In this position you will be called upon as the Branch Manager of our Easton, PA office.  You would have complete autonomy and decision making capability.  Using your knowledge of the industry and your experience in the Eastern PA area, your focus would be to continue to develop and build our organization with your own flavor.  

 

You will manage the entire operation of this location. This includes business development, managing the field crew and office staff personnel, attending meetings, responding to crisis, project management and project design work.

Requirements:

  10-15 years experience in civil engineering with emphasis on private sector and land development. Majority of experience encompasses working in the Eastern Pennsylvania (required) PA PE license Municipal experience is a plus LS license is a plus CAD fluent Knowledge of Stormwater Management Design and Software Exemplary verbal/written communications skills Strong business management skills Excellent time management skills Confident personality Ability to work independently
