Civil Engineering Practice Lead

Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC) is currently searching for a Civil Engineering/Site Development Practice lead in our Chicago Illinois office, which is located in Downers Grove.  We are seeking an aggressive, motivated individual, to establish and grow a civil engineering/site development practice who meets the following criteria:

 10+ years experience in civil engineering, design, permitting, construction document preparation and management of multi-disciplined staff for industrial, commercial, and retail land development projects. BS in Civil Engineering—MS a plus Illinois PE registration required—Other states registration a plusPosition requires strong technical skills and the ability to manage multiple clients. Must be an exceptional communicator (verbally and in writing). A proven track record in project management and business development/marketing experience is also necessary. Must be able to work within a large, multi-office, corporate civil/site engineering practice. Local/national client contacts are required.
