Civil/Mechanical Engineer

Requirements:

 

Seeking qualified candidatewith professional appearance, ability to assess and manage risk, strongcommunication skills, team player and leadership ability.

 

3-5 years of projectexperience

Bachelors Degree fromaccredited institution in Civil/Mechanical Engineering Knowledge of NYS Building Codes

Mid, Design, Microstation, Site/CivilAdequate AutoCAD skills - AutodraftProject leadership experience

 

Other keyresponsibilities to include: Review, understand, and verify final project scope and goals.  Clear and concise communication with clients, contractors and inspectors. Conduct pre-installation site visits with contractors and clients.Ensure adherence to job site safety protocols

Working knowledgeof NYS site development permitting regulations such as wetlands and streamencroachment. Familiarity with the municipal zoning process and zoningregulations. The ability to communicate both orally and in writing to outsideagencies and clients is a must.
