Commercial Property Superintendent

  

General:        Provides maintenance services, perform preventive maintenance tasks, and identify and repair facility breakdowns as they occur.



 

We are looking for an experienced hands on commercial

building maintenance person.  The sucessfull candidate will have

experience including basic plumbing, carpentry, electrical and HVAC

knowlege.  This person will perform work orders and have to interface with

tenants and outside contractors.   

 

We will pay $17/hr and will give health insurance
