Job Title:  Compliance PV Engineer

Location:  Laguna Niguel, CA

 

The opportunity has arisen for a Compliance PV Engineer to join this global organization which respects diverse perspectives, experiences and traditions as essential and values each employee’s contribution toward achieving our business objectives.

 

This position will be responsible for projects including the coordination and monitoring of the work/tests being performed, communicating with clients on specifications and status reports, and documentation.  The position will involve:

• Conducting testing on invertors for alternative energy distribution
• Developing and setting up test plans
• Analyzing and interpreting test data
• Preparing technical reports

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, or the equivalent in terms of education and experience
• 1-3 years experience using invertors for alternative energy distribution
• Demonstrated experience with product safety standards (ANSI, CSA, UL, EN, and IEC) is a plus
• MS Office software expertise along with excellent communication and customer service skills
